Shipping Locations

At this time, DIAJ House ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

DIAJ House-stocked products are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Select products may be fulfilled directly by one of our trusted retail partners through Shopify Collective or other supplier partnerships. Partner-fulfilled products may require approximately 2–7 business days for processing, depending on the item and fulfillment partner. Some partner-fulfilled products may originate from fulfillment locations outside the United States. DIAJ House currently accepts customer orders for delivery to U.S. addresses only. Delivery times after shipment vary by fulfillment partner and carrier.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll notify you by email whenever possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary depending on how an item is fulfilled.

DIAJ House-Stocked Products

For products stocked and fulfilled directly by DIAJ House, standard shipping rates within the United States are:

*Free standard shipping applies to qualifying DIAJ House-stocked merchandise with an eligible merchandise total of $75 or more.

Partner-Fulfilled Products

Products fulfilled by our trusted retail partners, including products offered through Shopify Collective, may have separate shipping rates, free-shipping offers, carriers, processing times, and delivery options established by the supplier fulfilling the item.

Partner shipping charges do not necessarily follow DIAJ House's standard shipping rate structure or $75 free-shipping threshold.

All available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders With Multiple Fulfillment Locations

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations or suppliers, your order may be divided into multiple shipments. Each shipment may have its own shipping method, delivery estimate, and shipping charge.

The combined shipping amount shown at checkout reflects the available shipping options for the products and fulfillment locations included in your order.

Expedited shipping options may be available for certain products or shipments. Available services, delivery estimates, and pricing will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times for DIAJ House-stocked merchandise are:

Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout when available.

Partner-fulfilled products, including products fulfilled through Shopify Collective, may have different delivery timelines based on the supplier fulfilling the item. Some partner-fulfilled products may require longer delivery windows. The applicable shipping method and estimated delivery information will be displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier processing times, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Partner-Fulfilled Products

Some products available through DIAJ House are fulfilled directly by trusted retail partners, including suppliers participating through Shopify Collective. These items may have different processing times, shipping rates, free-shipping offers, shipping carriers, and delivery estimates than products stocked and fulfilled directly by DIAJ House.

If your order includes products from multiple fulfillment locations, your items may be divided into separate shipments and arrive in separate packages on different days. Shipping charges, when applicable, may be calculated separately for each shipment.

Tracking information will be provided as each shipment is fulfilled.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders fulfilled from multiple locations may receive multiple shipment confirmations and tracking numbers as each package ships.

If you do not receive your tracking information within a reasonable time after your order has shipped, please contact our Customer Support team.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

DIAJ House is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery processes.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please:

Check around your delivery location.
Confirm the shipping address on your order.
Review the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.
Contact our Customer Support team if additional assistance is needed.

DIAJ House will make reasonable efforts to assist with eligible shipping issues and, when applicable, coordinate with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Resolutions may vary depending on the circumstances of the shipment.

Returned-to-Sender Information

If an order is returned to DIAJ House or the applicable fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue, we will review the order and contact you regarding available next steps.

If reshipment is available, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to international destinations.

All processing, shipping, and delivery timelines provided by DIAJ House are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timelines may vary due to supplier processing, carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
