Your order is not accepted until DIAJ House confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as DIAJ House may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, subject to applicable law. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping methods, delivery estimates, and lost or damaged shipments.

You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of DIAJ House. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to tools, applications, or services offered by third parties as part of the Services. We do not monitor, control, or have any responsibility for these third-party tools.

For products purchased directly from DIAJ House, including partner-fulfilled products, questions, claims, returns, or order concerns should be directed to DIAJ House. For unrelated third-party websites or services linked from our website, questions or concerns should be directed to the applicable third-party provider.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
DIAJ House is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate our online store and offer our Services.
All purchases made through this website are transactions directly between you and DIAJ House. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer service related to your purchases.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from your purchases or interactions with DIAJ House. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any such claims related solely to your transactions with DIAJ House.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or applicable law.
SECTION 14 - AGENTS
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, permit, enable, or deploy an Agent to access, use, or interact with the Services. An Agent means any software, application, artificial intelligence system, or automated service that performs autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of, or at the direction of, a person or entity, including through the use of a person's device without direct human supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it clearly identifies itself at all times and complies with the requirements set forth in Section 14.4. An Agent must also immediately cease accessing or interacting with the Services if requested by DIAJ House.
14.3 DIAJ House reserves the right to limit, restrict, or prohibit how any Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services, including through technical measures.
14.4 Agents must:
(i) identify themselves in all HTTP/HTTPS requests by including "Agent/[agent name]" within the User-Agent string;
(ii) not conceal or misrepresent automated activity, including by mimicking human behavior or circumventing CAPTCHAs or similar verification methods;
(iii) respond truthfully when asked whether an interaction is generated by a human or an automated system; and
(iv) not bypass, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, or technical measures designed to regulate Agent access to the Services.
14.5 Automated Customer Support:
DIAJ House may use automated and artificial intelligence-assisted customer support tools, including Shopify Inbox, to help answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, returns, sizing, store policies, and other shopping-related topics.
When automated customer support is used, customers may interact with an AI-powered agent rather than a human representative. Automated responses are generated using information available through DIAJ House’s product catalog, store policies, published website content, customer-provided information, and other permitted store data.
Automated responses are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or error-free. Customers should not rely on an automated response as confirmation of a refund, cancellation, replacement, policy exception, delivery guarantee, or other commitment unless confirmed by DIAJ House where human review is required.
Customers may request human assistance when available. If human assistance is unavailable, customers may contact DIAJ House at support@diajhouse.com.
Customer communications submitted through automated chat may be processed by Shopify in connection with providing and improving the Shopify Inbox service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service or applicable law. You remain responsible for all obligations and amounts owed up to and including the effective date of termination.
The following provisions will survive any termination of these Terms of Service: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
